Within one business day for every plan, and first in the queue for plans with priority support. If something is stopping you from selling, say so in the subject line.
Email us straight away with your store's web address and the word "down" in the subject. Outages are looked at before anything else, whatever plan you are on.
Use the "forgot password" link on your own admin panel's sign-in page - the one at your store's web address, not this site. If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, write to us and we will verify it is you another way.
We will walk you through anything, but your store is yours alone and we do not sign in to it. That is deliberate: no one else can reach your products, customers or orders, and that includes us.
Everything you uploaded and everything your customers did stays yours. Write to us and we will help you take it with you before the shop closes.
